Here are all of the models currently in the database for this manufacturer and drive width. Models are sorted into sections by platter density.

Some tips:

All displayed data capacities follow the storage industry's standardized "1 megabyte = 1,000,000 bytes" rule.
All capacity values are rounded: "40GB" and "1.33TB" may actually be 42,646.25[...]MB and 1333.5666[...]GB. Only the manufacturer knows the exact capacity per platter.
The total capacity of each individual model is shown beside each model number.
A platter-head ratio is shown next to the total capacity tag in brackets. It works very simply: a (3/6) ratio indicates three disks and six read/write heads. Models that "waste" a substantial amount of their actual total capacity in order to fit into certain capacity brackets (such as a 320GB unit based on one 500GB platter and two heads) are marked accordingly as [short-stroked].
Miscellaneous details of possible interest are mentioned at my discretion.
Assume that all models are 9.5mm-thick except when tagged otherwise.
The Scorpio (later Scorpio Blue, and then just Blue) and Scorpio Black (eventually just Black) are WD's primary mobile HDD lineups, rotating at 5400 and 7200RPM, respectively. These and various hybrid SSHD models are covered on this page. Niche 2.5" models intended for DVRs, NAS, with z-heights over 9.5mm, and/or with soldered USB connectors are in the other section.

Note: Model numbers with a "J" three characters from the right signify the presence of a free-fall sensor.
Note 2: You'll know you have a unit from an early batch if the label says "Scorpio MX". WD never directly marketed these under that name, as far as I know.

Black² Dual Drive (5400RPM, 16MB cache?, 120GB NAND, SATA-600 interface, Advanced Format)

WD1001X06X-xxSJVTx 1TB (2/4)
Note: An HDD with an SSD bolted on, basically. The HDD part is likely based on the Blue WD10SPCX, with the SSD's PCB increasing the overall thickness to ~9.5mm. Special on-board logic means that, after installing the software, the two components show up as individual volumes to the host OS, in contrast to the self-contained "native" caching SSHDs sold by WD and the other makers.
